Handling Employees in Difficult Situations
Under this heading are two training workshops. The first is to equip staff with skills to offer basic people helping and the second is on how to respond to crisis situations at work. In the first, generic people helping skills will be taught together with a model of counselling which is focused on enabling employees to identify and work towards solutions. In the second training, a Crisis Response Model will be the framework adopted. Participants will be taught how to respond concretely to individuals and group so as to reduce their experience of trauma.
